Spears' 30-year-old brother Bryan was been named co-trustee of his sister's trust along with Los Angeles attorney Ivan Taback.

The lawyer claims that restrictions placed on Spears by her church Father "intervene with the strength of the scheduled medications".
Eardley's filing said that under the conservatorship, the singer has been denied the right on to converge freely with friends, make and receive telephone set calls, drive a cable car and derive access to money or credit cards.
A example for Eardley said that he was "non at liberty to discourse" wHO hired the attorney.
